What are your delivery times?

We take 15-24 Working Days depending on the extent of workmanship to make and prepare your order to ship. Shipping depends on the Shipping Destination. You may find an estimated date of delivery under the product based on the date you place the order.

How much will shipping cost?

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY : International Shipping

International Shipping Charges are based on your order value. Your shipment will be dispatched based  on the shipping destination via FedEx where applicable. In case of  the  address being unserviceable by the  aforementioned  agency,  an alternate logistics partner will deliver.

You will be able to view the final shipping charges in your cart once you are ready to pay. Kindly note that post dispatch delivery times differ based on your location between 4 to 10 working days from our studio in Pune.

CUSTOMS/ TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

When receiving our parcels internationally, you may have to pay additional duty charges, if/as levied at the time of reaching your country. These taxes/ charges are levied as per government regulations in your country of residence and is beyond our control. Ka-Sha takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders due to unsettled duty/tax charges, and will provide no refund for the same. If a customer decides to reject a parcel at the customs, Ka-Sha shall not be responsible for any refund.

How do I choose my size?

If you think our Standard Size Guide doesn't work for you, simply select 'CUSTOM' as your size option while placing your order and contact our team using the 'Notes' option under your order, alternatively you can write to us at studio@ka-sha.com with your order details once you have placed your order. For any other sizing related or customisation related queries feel free to get in touch.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel you order please write to us at studio@ka-sha.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after this duration will not be considered.

An order once placed during any Sale Event (as applicable) cannot be cancelled or exchanged. All purchases made during Sale Events (as applicable) are considered final.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please share an image of the product received within 24 hours of receiving it. In case of the wrong product sent it will be replaced by us.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Your standard purchase is eligible for Return or Exchange if you find that you have received an incorrect product from what you placed an order for OR if your product has a quality or manufacturing defect of any sort. Sizing issues due to the size you chose or measurements provided under our Custom Measurement section will not be applicable. You will need to notify us about this within 1 working day (24 hours) of receipt of the product, based on the day it has been delivered to you by your chosen method of delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For any returns from overseas, please note that all paperwork and the the return box must be clearly marked as “returned goods- no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us quickly with no extra charges.

How do I return my product?

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Your standard purchase is eligible for Return or Exchange if you find that you have received an incorrect product from what you placed an order for OR if your product has a quality or manufacturing defect of any sort. Sizing issues due to the size you chose or measurements provided under our Custom Measurement section will not be applicable. You will need to notify us about this within 1 working day (24 hours) of receipt of the product, based on the day it has been delivered to you by your chosen method of delivery.

  • Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all the original tags intact.
  • Returns will be processed only once the merchandise has undergone a quality check on the receipt of the garment. 
  • The return package should not be damaged or missing any item and will also need to be approved by our quality checking team.
  • Ka-Sha holds the right to refuse any Return that does not comply with the above.
  • Please do not send any product without prior intimation. The cost of shipping for the products to be returned to our studio in Pune shall be borne by the customer. 
  • The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.
How do I care for my product?

All our products are hand-crafted and need your utmost love and care. Please do not bleach or hand in direct sunlight due to their hand-dyed nature.

For our Clamp Dyed, Dip Dyed and any other pieces with more than one color, we recommend dry cleaning as the first wash as the products have multiple colours and dye techniques.

For our Solid Dye pieces, darker colours should always be hand-washed (if dry cleaning is not possible) seperately as colours may run. Avoid letting them soak in water for a very long time. Cold water is recommended.

Do you offer after-sales services for your products?

You can always bring your product back to us to repair, alter, upcycle at an additional cost. We do mend any issues that may arise from wear and tear of clothing. We are also happy to upcycle your purchase into a new style/ piece. These services are chargeable as per the requirement.
