Whenever you are ready to say goodbye to your favorite Ka-Sha pieces, after much wear and maybe some tear, you could trade them in by mail or in-store to receive discounts of up to 40% towards your next purchase. The traded in Ka-Sha pieces will be refurbished by us, after a thorough quality assessment and then resold in-store and online to help find it a new possessor. If your pieces do not qualify to be renewed, we will recycle or upcycle them as our part of our commitment to circularity within our brand and its systems.
We are happy to accept used pieces (clean/laundered) in any condition whether they are stained, ripped or faded, rather than they ending up in landfills unequipped to handle them. With this and our already active programs of mending & upcycling, we want to encourage buying responsibly, repairing more and trading in when you no longer need something.
how it works
the process
- Log onto our website and fill the following form.
- Our team will connect with you within 48 hours of the form submission to help you with the next steps. In case you are shipping the product(s), our team will follow up with you with regards to the dispatch details. In case of in-store drop offs, our team in-store will assist you. Currently, we are only accepting drop-offs at our flagship store in Pune India
- After the product(s) is received, our team will notify you. The product(s) will go through a thorough and complete quality check.
- Based on the assessment after the quality check, our team will let you know if your product(s) is eligible for reselling, recycling or upcycling.
- The discount code will be shared with you via email or your preferred mode of communication. This coupon code will be valid for a period of 6 months from it's date of issue.

- Please note that the discount amount or percentage is at the discretion of the Ka-Sha team and will be decided based on the current state of the product(s) traded in.
- Please note that there is no limit to how many product(s) you could trade in but a higher number of products would not mean they are eligible for a higher discount than the standard of upto 40%
- At the moment, the Ka-Sha Reset program is only applicable to Ka-Sha clothing and accessories and not to clothing from any other labels / designers.
