What is it?

We are initiating Ka-Sha’s Members’ Programme* called the 'Ka-Sha Circle' to celebrate and thank you, our patrons for your continued love & support! Through this you will receive store credit towards your purchases that you can use for future purchases!

Is it applicable only on the webshop?

Yes. Currently it is only valid on our webshop (www.ka-sha.com) purchases.

How long will it take for the reward points/ credit to appear in my account?

As soon as you have placed your order and signed up for an account/as a member your store credits will appear on your account page on our wesbite (www.ka-sha.com) within 24 hours.

What is the benefit?

For all purchases, members will receive 2% of the order value of their purchase as store credit. They will also get early access to our Sample Shops, Workshops, Tutorials & New Launches.

How does it work?

To become a member, you will need to create an account here. After you have created an account, you could go ahead and make your purchase online.

After your purchase as a Member, you will receive 2% of your order value as store credit that could be redeemed against future purchases. The details of the same can be viewed on your profile page when you login to your account on our webshop.

For In-Store purchases, our team will help you with the same process as above.

How do I redeem my store credit?

When you reach the check-out page for your next purchase; you will be able to view an option under the Payment Methods - 'APPLY STORE CREDIT'. Here you will be able to see how much store credit you have accrued too and can just click on it to include the credit as a discount for your new purchase! Easy :)

Where can I use the rewards?

The rewards points / store credit can be used towards online purchases on www.ka-sha.com and at our flagship store in Pune, India.

Can I use the store credit during Sale events?

Yes, at the moment the store credit could be redeemed during Sale Events.

Will my Sale time purchases add to my rewards?

No. Sale time purchases are not included in our rewards programme.

Is there a validity period for this?

At the moment, there is no specific validity for your store credit. However, please note that terms and conditions for the Members Programme could be revised or updated based at the discretion of Change By Design LLP.

Will my entire order value be considered for the 2% rewards amount?

Only your product value total will be applicable for 2% rewards of store credit. Any payment made towards Shipping Costs will not be included in the total.
