What is this?
At Ka-Sha, we work hard to create quality products that can last you a long, long time.

The Re-Turn Project
What is this?
Whenever you are ready to say goodbye to your favorite Ka-Sha pieces, after much wear and maybe some tear, you could trade them in by mail or in-store to receive discounts of up to 40% towards your next purchase. The traded in Ka-Sha pieces will be refurbished by us, after a thorough quality assessment and then resold in-store and online to help find it a new possessor. If your pieces do not qualify to be renewed, we will recycle or upcycle them as our part of our commitment to circularity within our brand and its systems.
We are happy to accept used pieces (clean/laundered) in any condition whether they are stained, ripped or faded, rather than they ending up in landfills unequipped to handle them. With this and our already active programs of mending & upcycling, we want to encourage buying responsibly, repairing more and trading in when you no longer need something.
How does this work?
Log on to www.ka-sha.com and fill in the KA-SHA form with the required information and photos.
Our team will connect with you within 48 hours of the form submission to help you with shipping or drop off details for our HQ. (Currently the in-store drop off is only available at our flagship store in Pune, India)
Once you have shipped the product(s), you would be required to share the tracking details for the same with our team.
After the product(s) is received, our team will notify you. A thorough quality check of the product will be done by our assessment team.
Based on the state of the product(s), we will let you know whether it qualifies for reselling, recycling or upcycling. The credit / discount amount is at the discretion of the Ka-Sha team and will be decided on the basis of the next steps to be taken to make the best use of your returned product.
A special coupon code will be sent to you via email or your preferred mode of communication. This coupon will have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue and could be used towards your next Ka-Sha purchase.
Is this only valid on Ka-Sha clothing?
This program is only for Ka-Sha clothing and not any other brands / labels.
Can I trade in more than 1 piece? Does that change what I get?
Please note that there is no limit for the number of products you can trade-in but a higher number of pieces would not be eligible for a higher discount than upto 40%.
